      Note: If you are contacting us because of a missing listing on your website, please make sure that you have done the following:

    1) Check to be sure that the listing is in your MLS System. Please note that new listings may take a couple of days to make it into the IDX download which will then appear on your website.

    2) Check to make sure that the listing is marked for Broker Reciprocity (IDX) in your MLS System. This is most common. Listings not marked for Broker Reciprocity will not appear on your website until marked as such.

    3) Check to be sure that the listing has an ACTIVE STATUS in your MLS system. IDX rules usually only allow us to display active listings.

     
    If you have checked all three of the above items and feel that the data should be on your website, please be sure you have sent us the exact MLS numbers, the property type of the listing(s) and MLS/Board to which this listing is in reference so that we can research the problem.

    If your problem is not related to MLS data, our Support staff will be contacting you within the next 24-48 hours to assist you.
